If Siddhartha was reincarnation of divine being why would suffering been unknown to him as growing up?

Would Siddhartha have become hardened to suffering and think nothing about it?

Would he be like social workers today and try to help those in need?

Siddhartha ways to enlightenment did he propose a way we all can achieve enlightenment?
