The issue of illegal immigration has been resolved by Congress. Now all illegal immigrants must be located, detained and deported.

What actions will be required in order to accomplish all of three of the objectives? How would the concept of due process play into such an action? What are the social ramifications of such a law? What challenges will this law present to law enforcement?
